Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French via phone, email, and chat promptly and efficiently.
• Provide detailed product information, troubleshooting support, and assist with order placements.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a friendly and professional manner.
• Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our system.
• Assist with the processing of returns and exchanges in line with company policies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to provide insights from customer interactions.
• Stay informed about the latest products, trends, and regulations in the e-cigarette industry.

• Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service or support is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional approach.
• A genuine interest in e-cigarette products and vaping culture.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with customer support software and standard office applications is a plus.
