In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our Finnish-speaking clientele, offering exceptional support and guidance for technical issues related to our products. Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding technical support in Finnish via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues and guide them through solutions.
• Document all interactions accurately in the customer management system.
• Work closely with product teams to communicate customer feedback and improve services.
• Engage in continuous training to stay updated with the latest product features and enhancements.
• Foster a positive relationship with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.

• Fluent in Finnish and proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is beneficial.
• Prior experience in technical support or customer service is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM and ticketing systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
