As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing top-tier support to our Finnish-speaking customers. Your role will involve addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service possible. Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Finnish.
• Assist customers with product questions, order status, and troubleshooting.
• Document and track customer interactions in the CRM system accurately.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide seamless service.
• Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively.
• Identify areas for service improvement and share customer feedback with management.

• Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse customers.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations calmly.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work well in both team-oriented and independent settings.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
