Responsibilities

• Assist clients in optimizing their search engine marketing strategies and effectively utilizing our services
• Provide valuable insights and recommendations on best practices for search engine marketing and customer engagement
• Manage client accounts to ensure timely responses to their requests and inquiries
• Analyze client performance data and deliver actionable recommendations for improvement
• Keep up-to-date with the latest search engine trends and ensure our knowledge base is current
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance clients' understanding of search engine mechanics
• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance service offerings and improve customer satisfaction

• Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential
• Previous experience in customer service or client relations is preferred
• Strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
