Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, order status, and general e-cigarette usage questions.
• Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of e-cigarette products and relevant regulations.
• Document customer interactions and feedback for quality assurance and training purposes.
• Collaborate with product teams to relay customer feedback for continuous improvement.
• Promote a positive brand image through excellent customer service and support.

• Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken); proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Experience in customer support or service, particularly in e-commerce or product support.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Knowledge of e-cigarettes and related products is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational skills with a focus on attention to detail.
• Enthusiastic about helping customers and passionate about the industry.
