Responsibilities

Moderate chat discussions to create a safe, respectful, and interactive community.
Assist users in Czech by providing timely support and resolving queries.
Implement community guidelines and ensure compliance during chat interactions.
Gather user feedback and insights to continually enhance the chat experience.
Collaborate with team members to develop strategies that promote effective user engagement.
Create engaging content to stimulate discussion and participation among users.
Report on trends and challenges identified during chat interactions to improve user experience.

Fluent in Czech and proficient in English, with excellent written communication skills.
Previous experience in chat moderation, customer service, or community management is preferred.
Strong understanding of online community dynamics and best practices for user engagement.
Able to work independently and effectively manage time in a remote setting.
Familiarity with chat moderation tools and platforms is an advantage.
