Responsibilities

  • Enter and update data in the company database accurately and efficiently.
  • Verify the accuracy of data before inputting it into the system.
  • Assist in maintaining data integrity and quality by performing regular audits.
  • Organize and manage electronic documents and files according to established protocols.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve data-related discrepancies or issues.
  • Generate reports from the database to assist in project management and analysis.
  • Provide support for other administrative tasks as needed to facilitate workflow.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education preferred.
  • Proven experience in data entry or a related administrative role.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Familiarity with database management systems is a plus.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
