Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Proposal Writer to develop complex technical proposals for civil and environmental engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and format technical proposals and Statements of Qualifications
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to gather content and insights
• Organize and manage proposal assets, ensuring documents are client-ready and aligned with the firm's voice

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of proposal writing experience in technical industries
• Ability to synthesize technical information into clear content
• Familiarity with the RFP/RFQ process and proposal lifecycle
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word; familiarity with InDesign is a bonus
• Strong organizational skills for managing large documents and deadlines
