A company is looking for a Technical Proposal Writer.

Key Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and format technical proposals, including Statements of Qualifications
• Collaborate with engineers, scientists, and stakeholders to gather content for proposals
• Customize existing proposal materials and manage proposal assets for client-ready documents

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of proposal writing experience in technical industries
• Ability to synthesize technical information into clear content
• Familiarity with the RFP/RFQ process and proposal lifecycle
• Fluent in Microsoft Word; familiarity with InDesign is a plus
• Strong interviewing skills and ability to manage deadlines
