Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Program Manager to drive the planning and execution of complex technical initiatives within the Engineering department.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage program plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation
• Coordinate and drive the execution of cross-functional engineering initiatives, ensuring alignment and managing interdependencies
• Oversee data engineering initiatives, including data pipeline development, governance, quality, and scalability

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical program management experience with strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure and security/compliance
• Proven track record of delivering complex technical programs in cloud environments (AWS preferred)
• Solid understanding of data engineering concepts and experience in driving successful delivery
• Experienced in agile methodologies and program management tools
• Past experience working in Data Engineering, Data Science, or Platform Engineering teams
