Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Engagement Analyst to provide technical client support and optimize data integration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a technical point of escalation for cross-functional teams
  • Support existing client changes, including location and pay code additions
  • Perform operational reviews and recommend improvements to client data exchanges
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience in technical account management or client-facing technical support
  • Ability to adapt in a product knowledge-heavy environment
  • Knowledge of Dell Boomi or willingness to learn
  • Experience troubleshooting sFTP, API, and data concerns
  • Occasional need to work outside of normal business hours
