Technical Advisor for Customer Engagement

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AMS Strategic Customer Engagements (Elevate) Technical Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customer executives to identify pain points and translate them into solutions
• Lead architecture and design engagements to demonstrate how the platform meets strategic customer needs
• Provide thought leadership and collaborate with internal business units to create best practices and workshops

Required Qualifications

• 15 or more years of experience in influencing senior technology leaders in a pre-sales or delivery role
• Expertise in designing and managing advanced architectures across multiple systems or platforms
• Familiarity with Enterprise and Industry Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and Zachman
• Excellent understanding of architectural principles for cloud-based platforms including SaaS and PaaS
• Experience presenting architecture concepts and designs to technology leaders
