Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager (Remote OK).

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the strategic partner and primary point of contact for enterprise customers
• Lead technical discovery and guide customers through implementation and optimization
• Manage executive relationships and identify expansion opportunities in collaboration with sales

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or related technical client-facing roles
• Strong understanding of web applications and cloud infrastructure
• Ability to lead technical conversations and troubleshoot issues
• Executive presence with relationship management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or equivalent is preferred
