Job Summary

A company is looking for a Techline Operator to support field technicians through chat-based communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Support technicians and third-party contractors with real-time communication
• Document and report on exceptions while navigating internal software systems
• Provide technical and troubleshooting support for various requests

Required Qualifications

• Able to work a 9-hour shift between 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM EST, including weekends as needed
• Familiarity with Field Service Delivery
• High proficiency with web-based software applications, such as Salesforce and Google Suite
• Experience with CCTV systems or optics is a plus
• Willingness to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
