Sales Development Representative

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to support our sales team by identifying and engaging potential clients. This role involves cold calling, following up with leads, and nurturing prospects through the sales funnel. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, organized, and passionate about driving growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calls to potential leads from provided lists or sourced independently
  • Follow up on warm leads via phone, email, or messaging platforms
  • Qualify prospects based on predefined criteria and schedule discovery calls
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and activity data
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff and follow-through
  • Meet or exceed weekly activity and conversion targets

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in cold calling, lead generation, or sales (preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable with outbound calling and handling objections
  • Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus
