● Collaborate and Innovate: Partner with marketing to optimize lead generation and campaign effectiveness.
● Hire and Retain Talent: Recruit, train, and manage team members to create a culture of success.
● Close Deals: Step in to support salespeople with key negotiations when needed.
● 4+ years of experience managing a sales team with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
● Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
● Strong data analysis skills and a knack for spotting trends.
● Outstanding negotiation and client relationship skills.
● A proactive approach to diagnosing and solving problems.
