Product Specialist-Banking

Primary Objective:

The Product Specialist is responsible for contributing to the continuous development and improvement of products across the lifecycle. This includes gathering and prioritizing customer and market requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting sales initiatives to ensure product success and high customer satisfaction.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new client opportunities, assist in proposal writing, and support sales closure under the supervision of the Product Manager.
• Understand client needs and translate them into clear business and product requirements.
• Conduct in-depth market research to evaluate competitive products and identify enhancement opportunities.
• Coordinate closely with developers, designers, QA, and customer service teams to ensure all product requirements are well understood and executed.
• Work alongside the development team to ensure timely and customer-prioritized product delivery through iterative development.
• Facilitate regular meetings with project teams to identify roadblocks and implement resolutions.
• Collaborate with the Product Manager to conduct post-project evaluations and analyze both successful and underperforming elements.
• Report on product and project statuses, as well as key performance indicators (KPIs), to management.
