Civil Litigation Defense Attorney / Associate

We are seeking California-licensed attorneys with at least one year of post-bar civil litigation experience. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on litigation experience in a dynamic and flexible environment. The role includes courtroom work, direct client interaction, and exposure to all phases of litigation.

• Represent clients in civil litigation defense cases
• Handle court appearances, pleadings, and motion practice
• Conduct discovery and take/defend depositions
• Participate in mediations, pre-trial preparation, and trials
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships

• Salary range: $125,000 – $185,000 (based on experience)
• Attorney Hours Bonus Program: $120/hour for billable hours exceeding the 1,860-hour minimum, with quarterly pre-payments when on track
