🛠️ Responsibilities
- Client Coordination: Manage bookings, payments, and intake forms using Jane.app.
- Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone and email.
- Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely data entry and file management.
- Quality Assurance: Follow up on payments, secure client information, and maintain scheduling accuracy.
- Process Improvement: Identify and suggest enhancements to administrative workflows.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Clinic Operations Manager and clinical team to support daily operations.
📚 Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or mental health setting.
- Education: Background in social services, psychology, or a related field is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with Jane.app, Google Workspace, and other online tools.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organization: Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Independence: Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability.
