Software Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage software development projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure success.
• Conduct regular project meetings to review progress and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, particularly in software development.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams.
• Ability to analyze project data and metrics to drive decision-making.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
