Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day requests from users within the firm for Market Data Products and Services
such as Contract Management, Contract Lifecycle, Invoice allocations, and Purchase Orders.
Run daily reports in ServiceNow to cater operations and manage data quality.
Provide inputs and assist with process enhancement, and automation activities.
Create Requirement Documents, and incident summaries when needed.
Work with business partners to gather and understand functional requirements, develop
complex queries and provide reports.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Proficiency with tools such as Service Now, Excel, SQL.
Strong understanding of data management principles, data quality frameworks, and metadata
management.
Understanding of Contract Management, Contract Lifecycle, Invoice allocations, and Purchase
Orders.
Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., SQL, Oracle, MySQL).
Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and tools.
Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and data security standards.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Intermediate facilitation skills with the ability to drive issues to closure.
Understanding of privacy laws, regulations and Legal Entities structure.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, or related field, or equivalent
combination of education and experience required.
4+ years data quality or similar level data analysis experience required.
2+ years financial services experience required.
