SAP IBP Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP IBP Consultant to join our team and support one of our clients. This role involves developing and optimizing process architecture, ensuring seamless integration with business operations, and maintaining high-performance supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop process architecture, including process models, process flows, and related artifacts (input/output).
• Define work instructions, tools, and references to be used within the SAP IBP framework.
• Describe process roles according to UA definitions and create RASCI matrices for the end-to-end IBP process.
• Collaborate closely with Business Architects and other Process Architects across Group Supply, functional areas, and IT domains.
• Update and maintain all relevant architecture artifacts in ARIS or other applicable process platforms.
• Ensure a flexible process structure with clear interfaces and accountabilities.
• Support process governance, process councils, and key stakeholders to drive efficient decision-making.
• Review process designs, assess process fit, and apply methodologies for performance, quality, and measurement optimization.

• Hands-on expertise in SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning) as a functional specialist.
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain OKR (Objectives and Key Results) and process frameworks.
• Experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing end-to-end business processes.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders across business and IT functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and its integration with SAP IBP.
