Key Responsibilities (Common Across Roles):
- Business Development & Sales: Generate new business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and meet sales targets through successful client acquisition, recruitment, and advisory services.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, offering tailored advice and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify potential clients, assess leads, and develop sales campaigns to drive business and secure new contracts.
- Sales Support & Administrative Tasks: Assist with preparing quotes, proposals, presentations, and other sales materials, ensuring CRM systems are up-to-date and well-organized.
- Market Research: Stay updated on trends in the IT sector, analyze competitor activities, and advise clients on business development or recruitment strategies.
- Networking & Event Participation: Leverage industry events, conferences, and social media to expand your professional network and generate leads.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the improvement of internal processes, client services, and overall operational efficiency.
Good to Have Skills (Depending on Role):
- Sales & Business Development: Experience in business development or sales, particularly in the IT or technology sectors, is highly beneficial.
- Client Acquisition & Management: Prior experience in managing key accounts, sourcing new clients, or recruiting IT professionals is advantageous.
- Cybersecurity Expertise: A strong understanding of the cybersecurity industry is valuable for specific roles like Business Developer - Cybersecurity.

Language & Experience Requirements:
- Language: Fluent in Dutch (both written and spoken).
