Job Description

The Role:

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our pod of 3 due to anticipated growth and upcoming demand alongside a recent departure due to career change. There are some pretty big shoes to fill so we’re looking for some previous recruitment experience as a recruiter/resourcer/candidate manager so you can ramp up fast, bonus points if you have experience placing sales roles!

Our team recruits across multiple functions with a heavy emphasis on sales/commercial/GTM roles across the IT/Digital and wider Tech landscape and work with exciting high-growth businesses on filling mission critical positions. We also recruit technical positions from time to time, so there’s enough diversity in role skillset that you’ll never get bored! You’ll be speaking to salespeople predominantly, so you’ve really got to love people, have a sense of humor and be up for a bit of banter. We’re a “work hard/play hard” kind of team that works collaboratively – we’re not looking for a lone wolf!

The Team:

  • Working alongside 2 established Senior Account Managers who have clients across a range of industries. Roles are a mixture of Permanent (80%), and Contract (20%).
  • Working a mixture of PSA and New Business accounts across all things Sales, Marketing and Technical.
  • You will also be working alongside another Recruiter/Candidate Manager, part of a wider team in NSW.
  • We currently have a hybrid working policy, 2 days WFH and 3 in the office with Monday and Friday being our anchor days in office.
    • NOTE: We require all new hires to be in the office 5 days a week whilst learning the ropes.

What we are looking for:

  • Consistency – Working across 5-10 roles per week, ability to prioritise and manage workload is extremely important.
  • Candidate Control - Understanding individual client needs, full candidate management including sourcing, screening, and placement through to post-placement care.
  • Organised – Ability to manage your own time, use Bullhorn, Outlook LinkedIn Recruiter, and client systems effectively.

Qualifications

  • Relevant working experience in a candidate management/sourcing/recruitment role within an agency setting ideally.
  • You will ideally have experience resourcing roles across sales and technology and be open to resourcing roles outside of this also (HR, L&D and Finance for example). You may be currently working in a similar role, or perhaps have relevant experience and looking to return to work.
