Payer/Billing Credentialing Specialist (CAQH)

Salary: $6 - $7 per hour

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Credentialing Specialist to manage payer and billing credentialing processes for our healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will have experience with the CAQH platform and possess excellent communication skills to interact occasionally with physicians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Payer Enrollments: Prepare, submit, and monitor enrollment with billing company, Zotec
• Billing Credentialing: Ensure all providers are properly credentialed to facilitate accurate and timely billing processes.
• CAQH Profile Management: Maintain and update provider information on the CAQH platform, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
• Documentation Management: Collect, verify, and manage necessary supporting documents, such as licenses, certifications, and liability insurance, ensuring they are current and meet payer requirements.
• Provider Communication: Occasionally reach out to physicians to obtain necessary information or credentials, ensuring clear and professional communication.
• Compliance Monitoring: Stay updated on changes in healthcare regulations and credentialing standards to ensure ongoing compliance.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in payer and billing credentialing within the healthcare industry.
• CAQH Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with the CAQH platform is an absolute must
• Communication Skills: Great English language skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with Physicians.
• Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for accuracy in managing documentation and credentialing processes.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using credentialing software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary: $6-7 USD per hour
