Systems Engineering Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Engineering Lead (Lead Ops Engineer).

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor and lead a team of DevOps & Cloud engineers, fostering an innovative and collaborative environment
• Contribute to the development of self-service modules and ensure operational frameworks and best practices are applied
• Drive platform automation and modernization of technology stack, ensuring high performance and reliability of services

Required Qualifications

• Experience with AWS Architecture and proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Proven experience in CI/CD pipelines, automation, and infrastructure as code (IaC) practices
• Expertise in containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) and modern programming practices
• Experience implementing DevOps and SRE methodologies to enhance product support and performance
