Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installing, configuring, and updating software and hardware
• Managing user accounts, permissions, and access controls
• Providing technical support to end-users and troubleshooting technical issues

Required Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and networking protocols
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably Azure
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or relevant work experience
• Experience with CCaaS systems such as Genesys is a plus
