The Product Marketing Specialist/Manager will be part of the B2B growth team, reporting to the leadership team. This role is responsible for shaping and executing go-to-market strategies, ensuring cohesive messaging across business units, and equipping the commercial team with the tools needed to drive market adoption and revenue growth.



What you'll be doing:
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, ensuring clear positioning, messaging, and differentiation for Sword Health’s solutions;
  • Bridge the gap between business units, verticals, and the commercial team, ensuring a consistent tone of voice, messaging, and market positioning across all touchpoints;
  • Equip sales teams with high-impact materials, including pitch decks, one-pagers, and objection-handling guides, FAQs & training;
  • Measure and optimize product marketing performance, using data-driven insights to improve engagement and positioning.


What you need to have:
  • 5-10 years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, or B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS, tech, or healthcare industries;
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and positioning products, developing compelling narratives, and driving measurable business impact;
  • Strong strategic and creative thinking, with the ability to craft messaging that resonates with buyers while optimizing for performance and engagement;
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills, ensuring alignment between marketing, product, sales, and customer success teams;
  • Strong project management abilities, including managing timelines, stakeholder expectations, and deliverables across multiple teams.

  • Experience collaborating with design, content, and sales teams to deliver integrated, high-impact marketing initiatives;
  • A portfolio or examples of past product launches, positioning strategies, or sales enablement materials that have driven measurable growth;
  • Experience in the technology, startup, or scale-up space (industry agnostic).

These compensation bands are just the starting point. Once someone joins and proves they’re outlier talent, we adjust quickly to ensure their compensation aligns with their impact.

Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base salary and any potential variable, bonus or sales incentives, and the Company’s estimation of the value of private company stock options, if applicable. The pay range is subject to change, future value of company stock options is not guaranteed, and compensation may be modified in the future.
