We’re looking for a highly driven Internal Ops Strategy & Analytics to take on the challenge of improving processes related to HR, promoting team efficiency and tools, as well as our ability to gain insights from the data we gather on our daily activities. Working closely with the Internal Ops Lead, this role is of key importance in driving the team’s strategy and therefore its impact on the quality of support we provide our Swords.
The success of an organization is determined by its People. The Internal Ops team supports our Swords and enables them to contribute dynamically to their role and in turn, drive Sword’s success. The team is divided in three areas: Talent Acquisition - Focused on finding the best talent and removing blockers that prevent us from making great hires; People Operations - Supporting our team throughout their lifecycle at Sword so that they can perform at their best and make a positive impact; People Partnerships - Act as a bridge between Sword's management and its employees, ensuring that workforce needs and the organization's goals are met harmoniously; Systems and Analytics - Maintaining and improving the systems that drive employees’ experience, as well as generating insights for the company about its people.
