Due to continuous growth and expansion, Sunlight Group offers a great opportunity for career development and is seeking to attract a Customer Service Specialist to join our Sales Operations team at Sunlight’s Athens premises. The role is responsible for supporting all stages of the sales cycle. Also, is responsible for executing sales operations activities and reinforcing customer relationships management by foresting effective communication between Sales Division and customers.

 

Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Tracks accuracy and execution of customers’ orders through process flow to ensure best possible outcome for clients and responds to customer inquiries.
  • Identifies and resolves customer requests through ERP system (SAP).
  • Generates order progress reports in order to ensure customer expectations for delivery are communicated and met.
  • Provides feedback regarding problematic cases and areas for continuous improvement by taking into consideration customer needs and requests to Sales Operation & Support Supervisor.
  • Register claims received from the customers and ensures the timely and satisfactory service of the customer.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant fields.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in sales or customer service, ideally in the industry sector.
  • Excellent command of written and oral English.
  • Fluency in Spanish and/or French and/or German will be considered as a plus.
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft office applications.
  • Proven experience of working with SAP/ERP system.
  • Strong communication skills, team player and high accuracy.
  • Attention to detail, highly organized and problem resolving mentality.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
