What You’ll Be Doing:

🔹 Guest Experience Guru – Greet guests with warmth, check them in and out efficiently, and ensure a seamless stay.

🔹 Problem-Solving Pro – Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and any challenges with a can-do attitude.

🔹 Multitasking Master – Manage reservations, process payments, and provide local recommendations.

🔹 Team Player – Support other departments as needed to create a smooth and memorable guest experience.

🔹 Ambassador of Comfort – Ensure the lobby remains inviting and organized while maintaining brand standards.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Hospitality Enthusiast – Prior front desk, customer service, or hotel experience is a plus, but we welcome great personalities!

✅ Outgoing & Engaging – You love talking to people and making them feel at home.

✅ Detail-Oriented & Organized – You can juggle tasks while keeping an eye on the little things.

✅ Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using hotel reservation systems and POS software.

✅ Flexible & Reliable – Available for evening shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Work Schedule:

This part-time role primarily covers evening shifts (PM Shift) and requires flexibility, including weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

✔ Standing for extended periods

✔ Lifting up to 25 lbs

✔ Active and hands-on role
