Success Tutoring provides tutoring in all subjects for students in grades K - 12. Be part of our HQ team as a Content Creator and help drive growth and engagement across our brand.

The role involves producing high-quality videos, working closely with franchise partners to meet their specific content needs, and traveling to franchise locations to capture unique, on-brand footage.

• Develop and produce engaging short-form educational content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Edit videos to ensure professional quality, with attention to pacing, transitions, and visual appeal.
• Add captions, subtitles, and graphics to videos to enhance accessibility and engagement.
• Collaborate with franchise partners to create customised video content that aligns with their goals and audience.
• Travel to franchise locations to capture on-site footage, including interviews, tutoring sessions, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Stay up-to-date with educational and digital media trends to create fresh, innovative content.
• Organise and manage video files, editing assets, and equipment to maintain high production standards.
• Work efficiently to meet deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of polished content.

Expected Hours: 5 – 15 hours per week

Work Location: Flexible, with the potential for remote work and occasional on-site requirements.
