Job Summary

A company is looking for a Subcontracts Administrator to manage and oversee subcontracting activities in support of project and procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, negotiate, and administer various agreements in accordance with company policies and regulations
• Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and applicable laws
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve subcontract issues and maintain contract files

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 3-5 years of experience in subcontract administration, preferably in government contracting or large-scale commercial projects
• Strong knowledge of procurement regulations and contract law
• Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
