Job Summary

A company is looking for a Structural Designer 1 in the Nuclear Power sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop structural physical layout drawings in a 3-D model
• Design structural supports and foundations while troubleshooting various structural design issues
• Utilize 3D modeling software tools and provide support to project team members

Required Qualifications

• An Associate's Degree in drafting or a high school diploma with relevant drafting coursework or technical experience
• Four or more years of detailed design experience in structural steel and reinforced concrete
• Proficiency with design software tools for 3D plant layout models
• Experience reviewing structural layout drawings for various components
• Ability to collaborate with engineering and design teams across disciplines
