We are seeking a skilled Senior Web Analyst with expertise in Google Analytics, eCommerce, and media attribution to join our team. This role will focus on analyzing web traffic, user behavior, and eCommerce performance while optimizing media attribution models to assess the impact of marketing channels on conversions and revenue. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights, refine digital strategies, and enhance online performance. This role is ideal for a data-driven professional eager to optimize digital marketing strategies and drive eCommerce success.


The ideal candidate will live within 90 minutes of Arlington, VA in one of the following states (VA, MD, PA, DC).




Responsibilities:
  • Analyze web traffic, user engagement, and eCommerce data using Google Analytics and other analytics platforms.
  • Develop and maintain eCommerce dashboards to track KPIs like conversion rates, average order value, customer acquisition cost, and revenue.
  • Ensure accurate tagging and tracking of analytics and attribution tools, including Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4.
  • Manage media attribution systems to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing channels (paid search, display, social, email) and optimize media spend.
  • Provide clear, actionable insights to enhance website performance and marketing ROI.
  • Collaborate with the product and academic research teams to understand customer profiles and apply insights to optimization strategies.
  • Engage with marketing, product, and development teams to continuously improve user journeys and digital marketing efforts.
