STRADIGI CONSULTING of behalf of its client, A Global Digital Agency, is looking for a Digital Analytics Specialist to join their Data & Analytics team!
As a Digital Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible to deliver precise tracking solutions for their clients – ideation through to execution & reporting. You will handle some of the biggest clients in Greece, as well as international markets, helping them to address strategic objectives through data.
You should demonstrate exceptional organizational and communication skills, an understanding of overall business strategies, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and fast-growing environment, while delivering quality results on time.
This role reports to the Data & Analytics Architect. You’ll collaborate closely with your peers as well as across the Group to effectively execute various growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Tracking Implementation: Set up, configure, and manage tracking solutions for websites and mobile applications, leveraging tools like Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and other tag management platforms.
- Data Accuracy & Maintenance: Define and implement tracking requirements, goals, events, and enhanced eCommerce functionalities while ensuring data accuracy through routine audits and troubleshooting.
- Collaboration: Work closely with developers, marketers, and external teams to optimise tracking systems, implement data layers, and deliver custom tracking solutions.
- Reporting & Insights: Create dynamic dashboards and detailed reports in Looker Studio, BigQuery, and other BI tools to communicate user behaviour insights and performance trends.
- Measurement & Optimization: Manage and maintain measurement tags, validate implementations, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance website and campaign performance.
- Technical Guidance: Serve as the primary contact for tracking and analytics projects, providing expertise to internal and external stakeholders.
- Continuous Learning: Stay informed on the latest digital analytics trends, tools, and best practices to ensure continuous process improvement and scalability.
Requirements
- Proven experience of at least 1 year in Web Development Tracking / Web Analytics.
- Proven experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Looker Studio & Cookies
- Proven experience in Web & App Tracking Implementation, collection through measurement tags using Google Tag Manager (GA4, Google Ads, Meta pixel, Tiktok Pixel)
- Ability to read and edit HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Good Knowledge of Digital Marketing landscape
- Excel in project management with an ability to manage several deadlines across multiple stakeholders.
- Exceptional client-facing skills – understanding client needs, maintaining relationships, building partnerships.
- Effective communicator at all levels and confident presenter to executive-level audiences.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail is essential.
- Enthusiastic, curious and self-motivated individual, setting and following high standards.
- Proactive, and willing to take ownership of work.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills, in professional Greek and English.
