JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for an experienced and analytical 'Senior Product Owner' to drive product research and innovation in the content management space. You will track industry trends, identify competitive differentiators, and shape the future roadmap of Storyblok. By leveraging customer insights, collaborating with Product Leadership, and prioritizing data-driven decisions, you will play a key role in defining upcoming features and guiding development teams. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Key Responsibilities:
- Write business specifications and clearly define requirements for Design & Development teams to create new features.
- Present newly built features in collaboration with our product marketing team to improve adoption.
- Define key success metrics for feature adoption and track their impact on customer satisfaction and business goals.
- Facilitate user research and usability testing to validate feature concepts and improve user experience.
- Foster a data-driven culture by advocating for analytics-driven decision-making across the product organization.
- Review new feature specifications and leverage competitive insights to enhance proposed functionalities.
- Collaborate with Product Leadership to define a forward-looking roadmap, incorporating competitive insights and industry trends.
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams to ensure product strategies align with business objectives.
- Optimize internal processes to improve cross-functional collaboration and execution efficiency.
- Proactively identify emerging trends and technologies in content management, championing new ideas to keep Storyblok at the forefront of innovation.
- Deeply understand Storyblok’s capabilities from both technical and business perspectives.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Product, Engineering or Design educational degree is an advantage
- 6+ years of experience in product management, product engineering, or product design roles, with a strong emphasis on competitor analysis initiatives and innovation
- Track record of working in the B2B SaaS startup ecosystem focusing on Enterprise and Self-service products
QUALIFICATIONS
- Deep understanding of the B2B SaaS business, customers, partners, and the broader B2B ecosystem
- Design-driven mindset and hands-on mentality
- Ability to combine analytical thinking with thinking out of the box
- Passionate about analysing data in highly competitive markets
