Key Responsibilities:
○ Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and engage with the target audience.
○ Manage daily posting schedules across various social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
○ Create and update content calendars for structured and timely posting across platforms.
○ Curate, schedule, and publish engaging content that resonates with the brand's voice and objectives.
○ Produce high-quality and engaging content and share with the Media department including graphics, videos, and reels, that aligns with brand guidelines.
○ Write and create engaging blog posts, articles, and social media content to support brand messaging and campaign goals.
○ Run and optimize paid social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and more, targeting specific demographics to increase ROI.
○ Manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and other relevant platforms to drive traffic and conversions.
○ Monitor budget, performance, and results of paid campaigns, adjusting strategies to ensure maximum effectiveness.
○ Engage with followers and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
○ Foster a strong online community by participating in conversations, creating interactive content, and encouraging user-generated content.
○ Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, social media tools, and best practices.
○ Research and implement trending hashtags, keywords, and industry-specific topics to increase engagement and reach.
○ Track and analyze the performance of campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other digital marketing analytics platforms.
○ Generate reports on social media performance, engagement rates, and campaign outcomes, using insights to refine strategies.
○ Collaborate with designers, content writers, and the broader marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
○ Coordinate with creative teams to align visual and copy content across all digital channels.
○ Focus on growing the brand’s followers and reach both organically through consistent, relevant content, and through targeted paid efforts.
○ Develop strategies for increasing engagement, follower count, and overall visibility across platforms.
○ Continuously learn, experiment, and adopt new ideas and strategies to drive brand growth and improve digital marketing performance.
○ Keep testing new content formats and marketing approaches to keep the brand's presence fresh and impactful.
Desired Skills:
● Proven experience in social media marketing and digital advertising.
● Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) and tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
● Proficiency in content creation.
● Strong writing and communication skills to craft compelling content and engage audiences.
● Experience with paid media campaigns, including budgeting, tracking, and optimizing ads.
● Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance and adjust strategies based on data.
● Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
● Knowledge of emerging digital marketing trends and technologies.
