Senior Enterprise Account Manager, RWA Tokenization

We're seeking a Real World Asset Tokenization Account Manager to drive the adoption and expansion of tokenized real-world assets on Stellar. This role will be responsible for managing relationships with regulated asset issuers, custodians, broker-dealers, authorized transfer agents, and other ecosystem stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in financial services and capital markets, a strong understanding of asset management, and familiarity with blockchain and tokenization strategies. Most importantly, you will be growing the world of blockchain and supporting SDF’s mission of creating equitable access to the global financial system.

In this role, key responsibilities will include: 

• Relationship Management: Deepen and maintain strategic relationships with regulated asset issuers, financial institutions, and ecosystem partners to facilitate the issuance and growth of tokenized RWAs on Stellar (AuM, TVL and RWA MAUs).
• Business Development: Identify and propose new growth opportunities and partnership deals, products and features to our existing partners, structuring deals that align with Stellar’s ecosystem growth strategy.
  
• Market Strategy: Contribute with insights regarding market trends, regulatory landscapes, and competitive positioning for RWAs based on his/her relationship with portfolio companies, helping the RWA vertical leadership/lead refine SDF’s tokenization strategy.
  
• Operational Execution: Collaborate with internal teams (legal, compliance, product, engineering) to support partners in scaling tokenized assets on Stellar.
• Education & Advocacy: Act as a subject matter expert on asset tokenization, educating partners and ecosystem players about the benefits and technical capabilities of the Stellar blockchain.

You have:

• Experience: 7+ years in product management, business development, or account management within financial services, capital markets, or asset management.
  
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of traditional asset issuance, custody, and trading. Experience working with regulated entities is required.
  
• Blockchain & Tokenization: Mid-level knowledge of blockchain, asset tokenization, is highly preferred.
  
• Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to manage complex relationships with institutional partners and navigate regulatory frameworks.
  
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify emerging opportunities in the tokenization space and contribute to the strategic roadmap of RWAs on Stellar.
  
• Communication Skills: The ability to speak to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  

Bonus points if:

• Experience working with stablecoins, digital securities, or blockchain-based settlement systems.
• Understanding of compliance requirements related to securities, tokenized assets, and financial regulations.
• Previous experience in a role interfacing with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Knowledge about Stellar features and ecosystem.

We offer competitive pay with a base salary range for this position of $145,000 - $205,000 depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, we offer lumen-denominated grants along with the following perks and benefits:
