Job Summary

A company is looking for a Direct Tax State Income Tax Senior Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Support all legal entities regarding state income tax compliance and processes
• Interpret new or changed tax laws and regulations for applicable legal entities
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to minimize tax exposures and optimize tax processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, or Tax
• Deep knowledge of Direct Tax, tax procedural law, and tax accounting
• Excellent understanding of local tax laws related to direct taxes, especially state income tax
• High competency in organizational networking and stakeholder collaboration
• 12+ years of professional experience in tax, preferably in an industrial or consulting environment
