Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Director, Physician Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical reviews for appropriateness of care and level of care assessments
• Lead initiatives to reduce avoidable readmissions and improve quality metrics
• Provide consultation and education on utilization management and clinical documentation standards

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate in Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine is required; Master's preferred
• DO or MD certification required upon hire
• Board certification in specialty of practice preferred
• Minimum 8 years of clinical experience required
• At least 1 year of post-residency experience in Utilization Management required
