Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Director - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Improve quality and promote evidence-based medicine
• Manage prior authorization, utilization management, and claims review for patients
• Provide information on quality and efficiency to inform care choices and drive improvement

Required Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree
• Active, unrestricted physician state license
• Current board certification in ABMS or AOA specialty
• 5+ years of clinical practice experience post-residency
• Solid understanding of evidence-based medicine and managed care principles
