What You’ll Do:- Sales & Revenue Leadership: Drive membership sales, oversee revenue streams (memberships, packages, retail), and meet/exceed monthly sales goals.
- Community Engagement & Lead Generation: Build relationships with local businesses and community organizations to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Team Leadership & Development: Hire, train, and lead a team of Sales Associates and Instructors, ensuring they exceed their KPIs and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day studio operations, including staffing schedules, inventory management, and studio cleanliness.
- Customer Experience: Create a welcoming, energizing environment where members feel supported in their fitness journey and are motivated to achieve their goals.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process optimization and team development to improve performance and studio operations.
What You’ll Bring:- 5+ Years of Sales Experience: Strong background in membership sales or similar recurring membership services, with a proven track record of success.
- Fitness Passion: A genuine love for fitness and a commitment to helping others achieve their fitness goals.
- Leadership Qualities: Ability to motivate and manage a team, coach them to success, and hold them accountable to deliver results.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with members, staff, and the community.
- Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, make quick decisions, and solve challenges effectively.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using MindBody, CRMs, and other studio management software to streamline operations and improve member experience.
Responsibilities:- Ensure the studio hits daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets and sales goals.
- Lead lead generation efforts through grassroots marketing, external prospecting, and community networking.
- Schedule prospects into Intro classes, manage membership sales, and follow up on prospects to close sales.
- Manage staff scheduling and hold team members accountable for KPI execution and performance.
- Work with vendors, ensuring the studio’s retail products are stocked, and inventory is accurately maintained.
- Supervise, train, and develop the Sales Associate team and Instructors to ensure high levels of service and team performance.
- Oversee the customer service experience, including resolving any membership issues or billing errors.
- Enforce brand standards, policies, and procedures to maintain professionalism and high-quality service.
