Social Media Operator

Staff4Me is in search of a creative and dynamic Social Media Operator to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our social media presence across various platforms. Your main objective will be to engage our audience, promote our brand, and drive traffic through innovative content creation and social media strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to align with business goals.
  • Create captivating content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Engage with followers, respond to queries, and foster a positive online community.
  • Monitor social media trends and analytics to improve engagement and identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure brand consistency and coordinate marketing efforts.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns and analyze performance metrics.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our strategy fresh and effective.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Operator or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of social media work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate original content ideas.
  • Experience in managing paid social media campaigns is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
