Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer - Core OS Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on new product introductions and maintain current product line and platform features
• Manage AOSP integration, including upstream merges and Square-specific customizations
• Architect, develop, and maintain platform OS system services

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of development experience
• Deep experience with Android Framework, System Services, and AOSP customization
• Experience with Android build systems and development tools
• Understanding of Android security model and SELinux
• Programming experience in C, C++, Java, Kotlin, or Python
