Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer, AI Product.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, architect, and execute LLM-powered features across products
• Collaborate with various teams to drive critical projects and prototype new AI-powered features
• Experiment with and integrate the latest ML and AI models for specific use cases

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in developing high-craft software products, especially user-facing or AI features
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and a deep curiosity about the technology
• Experience in solving ambiguous problems and owning complex technical initiatives
• Ability to work in a startup environment with quick product validation cycles
• Availability for 4+ hours of overlap with Eastern Time Zone team members
