Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Development Engineer in Test, Incident Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Review product design and suggest improvements from testability and user perspective
• Design and deliver effective and automatable test plans
• Handle customer escalations, perform root cause analysis, and drive customer issues to closure from QE perspective

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience, preferably a mix of SDET and product testing
• Strong expertise in programming languages like Python, Java, or Go
• Experience in designing test frameworks and RESTful Web Service automation
• Deep knowledge in containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
• BSCS or equivalent required; MSCS or equivalent strongly preferred
