Staff Full Stack Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Full Stack Software Developer (React).

Key Responsibilities:

• Co-own frontend/Next.js architecture and standards across teams
• Lead delivery of complex features end-to-end (frontend + BFF)
• Define SSR/SSG/ISR, Server Components, routing, caching, and CDN/edge

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years building large-scale web apps; Staff-level impact
• Expert in React and TypeScript; deep Next.js experience
• Strong Node.js/BFF; solid API design (REST/GraphQL)
• Frontend performance optimization experience
• Cloud experience (AWS/Vercel); serverless and IaC knowledge is a plus
