Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in UX Research with a proven track record in product and strategic decision-making
• Deep fluency in a range of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
• Experience in shaping product vision within complex product ecosystems or B2B environments
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence diverse stakeholder groups
• Experience mentoring peers and fostering a collaborative research culture
