Reporting to the CRM Director, the Email Marketing Specialist is at the heart of our email campaigns. They have a direct impact on our success by being responsible for coordinating email marketing projects and campaigns.

What you will do:
Email Campaign Management: You will be the conductor of our email campaigns! From conception to delivery, including coordination with copywriting and design teams, you will be responsible for making our communications shine and achieving our objectives.
Performance Analysis: Numbers don't scare you? Perfect! You will be responsible for creating performance dashboards, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and identifying optimization opportunities to maximize the impact of our campaigns.
Innovation: We love innovative ideas! You will be encouraged to explore the latest trends in email marketing, analyze the competition, and propose creative approaches to stand out.
Process Optimization: Do you have an eye for identifying improvements? We rely on you to optimize our email production processes and help us gain efficiency.
A/B Testing: You will actively participate in our A/B testing strategy (subject lines, content, sending times, etc.) to identify best practices and maximize our results.
Bachelor's degree in administration, marketing, or a related field.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in managing email marketing campaigns.
Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.).
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization (an asset).
Availability to come to the office twice a week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays).
